I'm Wendy Langstaff, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, based in rural Georgina. I work with first-time buyers, families, sellers, downsizers and people leaving the GTA for more space, a slower pace or life closer to the water.

After more than three decades in the Toronto area, I understand both sides of that move: what people value in the city and what draws them toward Lake Simcoe, small towns, rural communities and the Kawarthas.

Before real estate, I worked in communications, internet software and advertising, and I owned my own communications company. That background taught me how to listen carefully, explain complicated information clearly, negotiate confidently and keep many moving parts organized.

I bring those skills to every transaction, but I do not believe good service should feel corporate or impersonal. You should have time to ask questions, understand your options and decide without being pushed.
